Default Is ispconfig a good web hosting software??

Hi all

I try to config ispconfig with centos 5 following the step in perfect setup centos 5 with ispconfig in howtoforge.com . i can access to the ispconfig page via port 81. But i found that
the postfix deamon is not shutdown probably and my machine can't even shutdown after i have everything ispconfig setup.........i try to install it for 4 time already ......same thing was happen ...........did i config wrong during the setup of the postfix server?
is there any other web hosting software with easilier configuration ...........

please solve my problem .......

what do you mean with "you can not shutdown the machine"?
shutdown -r now or similar parameters does not work?
How about tghe restart of postfix with
/etc/init.d/postfix restart

What are the errormessages cause you say its not working clean?
