Default Broken pipe: core_output_filter: writing data to the network

Hello,
i have a problem with just one site on my Server. When I type the Domain in my Browser i get an Error 500.

In my Errorlog i can read:

My Server is an Debian Etch Server set up with the Perfect Setup.
And three Days ago the site was accessible. And today I recive this error. Could anyone help me?

I have found where the Problem is.
I have wrote in the field for the apache Directives something wrong. So i get this error an my Vhost File did not get updated.

After I deletet the directive it all worked fine.
