Default How to reconfigure New Network Card

I have ISPConfig 2 Perfect Setup using CentOS 5.4, my old network interface eth0, which is an onboard LAN got busted/not working anymore, so I added new nic, eth1, how do I reconfigure the network settings for my perfect setup so ISPConfig will work again?
