Default ftp user problem

When I reset the password of an ftp user I can't login anymore.

If I take a loo in /etc/passwd the settings of the user are changed.

/bin/false is changed to /dev/null

After change this again I can log-in again.
How can I prevent ISPCONFIG to change this?

You must enable FTP on the Basis tab of that web site in ISPConfig.
