Default Create an Email account

New to linux so am asking stupid questions to jump start me. I have finished installing the two below

Postfix With SMTP-AUTH And TLS
Courier-IMAP/Courier-POP3

And now how can I create a client for testing to see whether my mail server is working properly by sending and receiving mails

If you want to easily create mail accounts, you should follow either one of the perfect setup guides and install ISPConfig or one of the postfix virtual user howtos.
