Default Moving ISPConfig to new server

I have a FC4 server that is dieing and I need to move everything to a new server. The problem is the new server is a Dell 2950 that will not support FC4, only FC6 and up, so I cant just move the drives over and hope it works, I have to rebuild from scratch. Is there a way I can backup and move the entire ispconfig and sites over to the new server? I made an attempt by moving the database, it did pull the information over and I was able to change the IP of one site for testing, but none of the PHP files worked. I was also having ViewVC issues, which may or may not be related.

Please have a look here:

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.
