Just create a DNS record (A or CNAME) for ftp.example.com, and then create a web site for ftp.example.com (or make it an alias of an existing web site).

Hello falko

I believe that you my evil included/understood, or I am badly to express, I actually wanted, to ask you, as in this example:

http://ftp.belnet.be/packages/

My question, it is for which modules apache, is necessary it to create of “http://ftp.” , or if you have a howto which explains how I can configure all this, if you included/understood

You don't need any Apache modules. ftp.example.com is a normal subdomain, just as www.example.com or sub.example.com, etc. So all you have to do is written in my previous post.

Hello falko

OK, falko, not from concern, one this will not take the head for that, but frankly falko, there does not exist a “howto” which explains how to create of “http://ftp.example.be”, because I includes/understands you, does not worry you, but I try to include/understand, your station, but if you can be clearer, because I your message does not include/understand…
