Question Backup soft

Hello with all

I would like to have myself, if one is to create backups, with the possibility of downloading the file to compress, on a server of backup, how, with you it an easy way on the forum.

Thank you, falco, but, it are not that, but, I seek, a system which could download me the file in a waiter that I have, of the style on a machine Windows XP (local), or at skynet (Belgium), with the possibilte to add a spot in the cron.
