Default Personal Prefs Gone

I only like to rewrite the subject from spam.
Adding report_safe 0 to /root/ispconfig/isp/conf/user_prefs.master does the job.

After an update I only have to change this file again. So far so good. However, after upgrading from 2.2.19 to 2.2.21 I have to fix all users preferences too.

/var/www/web17/user/some_user/.user_prefs

This is the first time I have to go through all users prefs. Is this normal?

You should place your custom template in /root/ispconfig/isp/conf/customized_templates/user_prefs.master

That way it won't get overwritten when you update ISPConfig.

It's been a while but I just recovered that using this file users are no longer able to change there settings. They only get this template. After removing this template and changing some settings things are back in order.
