What enterprise backup solutions do you use and are you happy with them? Maybe somebody could share his thoughts? What good sides what bad of software do you see?

Thanks in advance

I'm using these solutions:
MySQL: http://www.howtoforge.com/back_up_my..._interruptions
Files: http://www.howtoforge.com/mirroring_with_rsync

Works without problems.
