1 Name Server for all other VPS - Possible?

Here is the story.

I have 5 VPS Servers: A, B, C, D, E.

On Server A (www.a.com) I have 3 IPs:
123.123.123.123
123.123.123.124
123.123.123.125

I configured the named DNS and GoDaddy to use the following above IPs as Name Servers:

123.123.123.124 NS1.A.COM
123.123.123.125 NS2.A.COM

HOW do I set this up so Server B (ip: 123.123.123.111) or Server C (ip: 123.123.123.222) to use NS1.A.COM and NS2.A.COM as Name Server and for the rest of the other VPS. What that means is that I want to have Server A serves as the Name Servers for the rest of the VPS. How do I achieve this? Please advise how to configure other VPS to use the name server of the Server A NS1.A.COM? Thanks much.

Just configure all DNS records in the DNS-manager of server A for all other servers. Thats all
