Complete beginner installation issue

I've completed all of the Ubuntu 7.04 Perfect Install tutorial, up until the ISPConfig section. I've gone to the ISPConfig sites installation tutorial and my problem begins at step one - I cannot unpack the archive because it is not on the system.

Since I am using the server version of Ubuntu which only has the terminal screen, how am I supposed to download the package of ISPConfig to the computer, and when I do get it then how will I know where it is so that I can continue with the rest of the tutorial?

You can download software from the web with the wget command.

The ISPConfig installation is the last step in the tutorial, there is nothing in the tutorial after you installed it
