Default setting up a web site

I set up centos 5 perfect setup. working fine. My domain is in the proses of transfer. I set up a web site in ispconfig. Is there a way to install my site before I get the domain connected to my server ? I uploaded the files to the site, but am confused as to how to execute the install file. Thanks for the help.

You can change the hosts file on your client computer until the DNS is correct: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/sho...s+file+windows
