Default The changes on the server configuration are not saved

Hi guys:
I have installed without problems ISPConfig-2.2.12, I can accede to the control panel and to change my password, the language, etc. But when I want to make changes in the configuration of the server, these don't keep. It is a Javascript error? what can be? some idea? I have reviewed logs:
tail -F /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/ispconfig.log

What setting exactly do you try to change? What's the output of
Code:
ls -la /root/ispconfig
? Which distribution do you use?
