Does hugomartins@teiast.com exist in your MySQL database? Is teiast.com listed in the domains table? What's the output of
Code:
grep mydestination /etc/postfix/main.cf
?

mydestination = teiast.com, localhost, localhost.localdomain
#mydestination = localhost, localhost.localdomain
proxy_read_maps = $local_recipient_maps $mydestination $virtual_alias_maps $virtual_alias_domains $virtual_mailbox_maps $virtual_mailbox_domains $relay_recipient_maps $relay_domains $canonical_maps $sender_canonical_maps $recipient_canonical_maps $relocated_maps $transport_maps $mynetworks $virtual_mailbox_limit_maps

I have the domain and user in the DB, since if i put another user it say Login Fail whit the one i have there gives that error. I need to create all folders manual after put an user in the DB?

You must remove teiast.com from the mydestination line in /etc/postfix/main.cf and restart Postfix.

The use of sasldb2 is wrong. What's in your /etc/postfix/sasl/smtpd.conf? Does it look like the one from the tutorial?
