Could you explain how you've done work?
I have solved the problem:
You do not need support for curl in the server where it runs the ISPConfig!
I have install a PHP client with CURL support on my laptop over ubuntu.
The packages that I used were as follows:
I have run on my laptop php5-f test.php and ready.
Obviously you need to configure properly address of the remote server,
user name and password.
Remember: The ISPConfig is on another server, not in my laptop!
