Default Apache config

How can I set the "Use CanonicalName" from Off to On at the apache?
I had tried to set at /etc/httpd/conf/http.conf , /etc/httpd/conf/vhost/....but all not work!!
Please help,since one of program i use need this setting

Did you restart Apache after your change?

What's the output of

Sure restarted apache everytime I changed config.

The Apache configuration file you have to change is /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.
The directive is
