Default FTP Iptables

Dear All,

I'm using Fedora8 as a internet gateway with two NIC one connected to Internet via aDSL modem and other is Connected to LAN using Squid as Transparent proxy.

Now the problem is my LAN users can't connect to FTP server to upload pages etc
kindly tell me how to create iptables rule to allow only ftp access from LAN to outside internet.

regards.
