Default ispconfig on 2 servers 1 ip addy

Is this possible, i have 1 ip and 2 servers can i use seperate dns names and run the control panel on both servers , example 1 server is ns1.example.com hosting sites and full dns with the control panel , now the other server is name1.example.com with the control panel but will not resolve anything, all i get is the sharedip sreen off the first server when i type the url in the browser. is there any way for this to work?

If you want to run 2 servers with the same services / ports, you need two IP addresses.
