Default mysql migration question...

I'm helping some people that are new to ISPConfig move from Plesk from a few servers to one server... I'm sure there's a method through ssh to dump databaes and their usernames/passwords on the old machines and merge them into the mysql server on the new machine without overwriting the existing databases on that new machine, but I'm not sure how... Does anyone have any ideas how to do so? There are about 30 databases that need to be migrated without overwriting any databases with similar names on the new one... Thanks a lot.

"DBs on old machine" -> "mysql on new machine" without deleting any databases on the new machine....
