Default Howto Switch the ftp folder that a user has access to?

How do you switch the folder that a users enters when they access their FTP site via web FTP or an ftp client?

Normally a FTP user sees its home directory right after login. To change it, you will have to change the home directory of the user in /etc/passwd.
