Cool ISPConfig and Postfix Configuration

I would like to block central IP address or Mailadresse. I have Ubuntu 6,06 with ISPConfig in the employment.

Can I cobine this together?

This should work with ISPConfig too, except of the last part "Authentication Via IP".
