Default Out of the box Joomla support

I would like out of the box CMS support. When you try to install joomla, many file are not writable. Therefor you cannot install joomla. It would be great if you could have an option for each user to make these file writable.

Yesterday i've posted a howto which explains how you can setup suPHP on an ISPConfig server. It will be published soon.

When you've setup suphp on your ISPConfig server, you are able to run the php scripts under the admin user of the website!
