I dont think that converting will work because the data in the doctype tbale is messed up already, you will have to reinstall ISPConfig and let it create a new database on its own without changing any mysql defaults.

If you follow the perfect setup guide EXACTLY, it will work!

I followed the perfect setup exactly... I will uninstall and reinstall ISPConfig and let you know if it works or not.

Thumbs up Found the solution!

It is working!!!

So, to sum up: Do not ever think to change the default encoding in mysql before installing ISPConfig! This will mess up ISPConfig's database and will have unexpected results (errors like "page not found")
