Default add multi emails

ok i admin i am new to this i have followed everything up untill now i have got it rumming great. I have but one problem. i work in a school and we are using this as a inturnal email system for the children (and maybe staff) but i have a big problem i need to create 50-60 email address ever year i do have a text file with them on but other than adding them one by one is there any other way of doing it (i am new to all this including linix) this is my first install i hope someone can help.

You must add all email addresses manually.
