Do you have these two lines in your postfix main.cf file:

virtual_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/virtusertable
mydestination = /etc/postfix/local-host-names

What's the output of
Code:
grep "admin@tracshosting.com" /etc/postfix/virtusertable
?
Are you sure you have admin@tracshosting.com and not admin@www.tracshosting.com in that file (that's a difference)?

falko when i type that command i dont get a output at al does this mean that they do not exist in the virtusertable... as suggested below they are admin@www.tracshosting.com the non www version is not in the file.

This means that admin@tracshosting.com doesn't exist, but admin@www.tracshosting.com does. Please add a Co-Domain tracshosting.com (without hostname) to the www.tracshosting.com web site in ISPConfig.

We could have solved this faster if you havent told me that the address is in virtusertable while it was not there
