Default ISPConfig Directory structure

What's the directory structure of ISPConfig?
I need to know what is the best way to partition my HDD; I want that customers files to be on separate partition(s).
My OS is CentOS 4.4 i386.
Thanks.

Default

You can define the root folder that is used for the website and userdata during ISPConfig setup when you choose expert mode. The default is /var/www.

You need also min. 200 MB of free space in /root/ and about the same amount in /home/
