Default Installing A LAMP System With Fedora Core 6 -Quota wont install

hi,

Im following the Installing A LAMP System With Fedora Core 6 HOWTO and on page 4 when i issue the command
Code:
yum install quota
all i get is:
Code:

Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments
Nothing to do

I checked to see if i had Quota on my system and it seemed like i did.
When it came to start it everything seemed to go ok.
