I have the following problem, I have an installation ispconfig 2.2.18 on debian etch, but I find the following problem. If a user receives a document (for example PDF / DOC / XLS) in their inboxes, antispam / anti-virus running rename the document.
For example ....

Size: 0 k
Type: text / html
Prova.10327DEFANGED-xls (and not prova.xls original document)
Size: 151 k
Type: application / defanged

You have Mailscan turned on.

Mailscan enables the virus scanner for this mailbox. Extensions of suspicious attachments (e.g. .exe-files) will be renamed so that they cannot be opened by double-click.

Look at the "Advanced settings" for any user and you will see a checkbox to turn this on or off.
