Thumbs up Outlook express can't receive mail from Postfix

I have a big problem at the moment. My CentOs server has postfix/2.4.5 installed and properly running.

main.cf config file;

#home_mailbox= Mailbox
mail_spool_directory = /var/spool/mail

I found that outlook express can receive and send mail properly.

But now, I currently have postfix setup to deliver
messages to a users home directory as below :-

main.cf config file;
home_mailbox= Mailbox
mail_spool_directory = /home

but found that Outlook express can't receive mail, but it can send mail as usual .

Could you pls help me to find out solution to solve this problem .

Thanks and Great appreciated.
