Suitable for personal website?
I've currently running an old SuSE distribution with the following for my own domain:
- mail server for local network and domain (postfix + dovecot)
- mailing lists (mailman)
- web server (apache2, PHP5)
- MySQL (v5)
- caching DNS server (dnsmasq)
I want to update the server distribution to Fedora 7 and found the howto here but I'm wondering if ISPConfig is the tool for me. The server is directly connected to the internet (DSL modem in bridge) and an internal network. The howto doesn't really cover this situation and my guess is that the handling of mail/web etc for the domain is handled/configured using ISPConfig.
So, is it possible to get the same functionality (mail server, lists, web, mysql, etc) using Fedora 7 and ISPConfig running on my fixed IP address/domain name?
Regards,
Kees.
