Default Re: ISPConfig User Login

Hey Guys,

I never noticed this before but I have a customer who I created a site for under ISPConfig, and added his user name to is as well which is web7_alvin then I created/entered his password and everything seemed to be fine. However when I go to the login and I use his username web7_alvin or just alvin and the password it doesn't work it comes back to the login page/prompt. does anyone know what causes this?

Thanks in Advance,

Which login do you mean? Are you sure that you craeted a customer login and not just a email admin user?

You must create a login for that client on the Login Data tab of that client's settings in ISPConfig. http://ispconfig.org/downloads/manua..._src.htm#3_2_1
