Default Manage DNS entries and e-mail accounts like sites

First a word of thanks and appreciation to both Falko and Till for the creation of ISPConfig and making it available at no cost to the Internet community and for there excelent support on howtoforge.com.

It's a pitty that DNS entries are managed completely separte from the ISP Manager and e-mail accounts are managed as attributes of sites instead of domains. This makes it more difficult to manage and impossible to create and/or invoice those items without having to create a site first. For DNS entries it would be especially convenient, because one could then organize and manage them by client instead of as a bunch of unrelated items.
