Default Problems setting up website with Joomla and ISPconfig

Hi....
I followed the how to on setting up a website with joomla and ispconfig

after ' Step 6 – Upload Joomla to your webserver:'
I get lost in translation so to speak could someone please help
and please don't speak to fast
I tried to combine the how to with the ubuntu swik but I had no success....
