Translation of items in (some) select lists

First I would like to thank everybody involved in translating ISPConfig into various languages and Hans in particular for maintaining the Dutch translation. I have one remark though. It appears that items in various select lists are also language dependent. For instance, when I change the language to Dutch and want to edit the details of a Reseller or Client, the items in the "Title" select list have changed from "Mr., Mrs, Company" to "Mevr, Dhr, Bedrijf". Although this is correct from a translation point of view, it also assumes that English people only have English customers, Dutch people only have Dutch customers etc. This problem might be solved either by adding all list items in more than one language or by allowing the editor to not only select from a limited, pre defined list of items but also enter free text (optionally adding the new item to the list).
