Hetzner & Strato

Hi everyone!

I was just wondering if Hetzner and Strato had a control panel in english or polish instead of just german.I don't speak german so it would be a big relief if they have had different languages.Thanks for Your help.

Do you mean for their dedicated servers or for normal webhosting packages?

Hetzner has an English page for their dedicated servers ( http://www.hetzner.de/rootserver_en.html ), so I assume their panel is in English, too.

Here's an answer from Strato:

"I Would please you to check out our international Site (http://strato.eu/) for non-german Offers, our regular Offers are all in german Language and are only supported in german."

and from Hetzner:

"You can have english support but all panels we have online in german language."

Strange... anyway, there's not much in the Hetzner control panel - you can watch your traffic statistics, reset your server/boot into a rescue system, and write messages to the support team if you need it. We use English terms for these functions in Germany (traffic is "Traffic", support is "Support", reset is "Reset", rescue system is "Rescue System"), so maybe you can use the panel without speaking German.

Thanks Falko! Your answer cleared more things up for me than theirs.I just have to have everything clear before I make decisions.They (Hetzner) also say that they have software support for english but no hardware support.This probably means that i can pick a pre-installed distribution in english too.
