Default Xen 3.0.3 + Debian - No modules available in VM

I trtried to install Xen 3.0.3 with the help of Falkos howto on my machine – everything worked out fine except to load modules on the virtual machine.
Here's what I got:

Fily:~# cat /proc/modules
Fily:~# modprobe quota_v2
Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/
modprobe: QM_MODULES: Function not implemented

modprobe: QM_MODULES: Function not implemented

modprobe: Can't locate module quota_v2
And here is some other stuff what I'm a little unsure about when I start a virtual machine. I don't really nowif I have to worry about or if I can ignore those messages which I coloured red:

Xen-Daddy:~# xm create -c /etc/xen/vm01-config.sxp
Using config file "/etc/xen/vm01-config.sxp".
