Default Installing ISPConfig on a pre-installed x86_64 FC6 w/webmin

I'm used to installing ispconfig on a fresh install. My questionn is, can I install ISPConfig on a pre-installed FC6 VPS has also has webmin? I plan on removing webmin after ispconfig is installed due to it's resource usage. Should I expect any problems during ispconfig installation?
