Default Installing ISPConfig on a pre-installed x86_64 FC6 w/webmin

I'm used to installing ispconfig on a fresh install. My questionn is, can I install ISPConfig on a pre-installed FC6 VPS has also has webmin? I plan on removing webmin after ispconfig is installed due to it's resource usage. Should I expect any problems during ispconfig installation?

There should be no problem as long as you dont use webmin to configure services that are configured by ISPConfig, e.g postfix, apache and bind as well as adding system users.
