connecting to windows machine

Hi,
I have two computers, a windows machine and a linux machine and both are in network.
I want to share/copy/modify foders & files between the two machines.I have installed samba.
Now i can only access the shared foders & files of windows in my linux machine but i cannot copy them .How can i do that.
when i type "smb://192.xxx.x.x/testsite" it just shows the folders as a link.but i want the php script that is present in the folder "testsite" to run in my linux machine.
And also i want to copy the folder.

How can i do this???
