Default package maintainer

is anyone interested in becoming the package maintainer for the phpmyadmin and webmail package?

1) Maintainig the current phpmyadmin and uebimiau packages and keeping them up to date.
2) Building another webmail package, e.g squirrelmail?
3) Extending the .pkg installer so that it is able to update packages without the need to remove them on the shell before. E.g. checking if a directory exists and then skipping the creation of the directory instaed of complainig in german about this fact

I can make a small description on the package format, but most of it is self explaining.
