Default spam_whiltelist_txt

Hallo

Instead the helptext ist shows spam_whitelist_txt and spam_blacklist_txt

If ist only on my system maybe im missing a File?

I guess the variables spam_whitelist_txt and spam_blacklist_txt are not defined in the german language file of this module. I add this to the buglist.
