Default ASSP hook for Server Monitoring With munin And monit

I have been looking everywhere for and example of how I can bring ASSP stats into my munin/monit config. I noticed a comment on he ASSP how-to about it, but have yet to find the info.

Can someone post the config needed to make this work?

Thanks!
