SMTP failed & can't receive new emails

Hi

I had to restart my server.
ISPConfig started normal and postfix is runing.

But I have the problem that my mailbox stays empty even though I should receive emails and I can't send emails because the connection to the SMTP server failed.

Is there another service that has to be activated?

I just checked the services under ISPConfig -> Management -> Status -> services.

They are all online.
