Default I can't access FTP - I don't saves user passwords

I installed the howto "The Perfect Setup: Fedora Core 5". Then I installed ISPConfig. I added an test user.

Hosting package:
http://85.144.77.103/ispconfighostingpackage.png

Websites added to user:
http://85.144.77.103/websites.png

And I registerd the hostingcp here: http://erwinhosting.nl/ but when I try to access it I get an error page (WITH proxy to!).
