Mail quota exceeded!

Hello,
problem is that site and email are unlimited, but one email of 12 of site has, generates error: Mail quota exceeded!. Other emails are working well. I tried to delete and create account,but still the same problem with this email adress. Where to search for solution tu solve problem?

Check the quota for the users on the shell:

repquota -avug

returned mail: Mail quota exceeded!

here are 10 mail users, for all set -1 ( unlimited ). But one email cannot receive emails anymore

That's the quota for the group web29. You have to look for the quota for the user in question.

Are you sure that the mail actually arrived on your server and not on another one because of wrong MX records? Can you see anything in the mail log when you send an email to that user?

Yes email, has arrived, all other box for the same domain @domain.tld is working fine. Only one email this one jolanta@... jas the problem.

I deleted qouta.rc from user dir, and now ok works, but still strange behaviour...
