Default is possible to change umask pure ftp with ispconfig ?

Hi ,

I'm gooona crazy, i'm not able to change the defaut umask of pure-ftpd !
I correctly write a file like this vi /etc/pure-ftpd/conf/Umask ,
in this file i put 000 000 (i want chmod 777 by defaut ) , next i restart
the deamon , i have no errors but if i write a folder in ftp , chmod are xxx !
I use smarty and the files and folders he write are in chmod 751 !

Why? please is someone can help me.. I suspect ispconfig to rewrite my pure ftp config, but wath files..
