Default Cannot load PHPMYADMIN from ispconfig

Here is a problem I started having and I only noticed it because my cron jobs did not seen to be working right.
If I login to ispconfig control panel and select a database to edit under databases I get a general error saying

Make sure the web address http://mysitename:8080 is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes.

But if I do http://mysiteman/myphpadmin it comes up ok and I can log into it.

Has anyone else seen this. I have two servers and it only does this on one of them.

Default Fould it

I had hardcoded an IP address in the system that was wrong because I changed my IP. I changed to the sitename instead of the wrong old IP and let DNS handle the IP and all is well.
Feeling so stupid
