Default server upgrade

Hello,
I would upgrade my server.
The problem is:
I've about 100 web domain on old server under debian 6.* with ispconfig 3 (latest) with apache+pureftpd+postfix+bind
On new server i would upgrade to debian 7.*.

there is a safe way to transfer all the contents of ispconfig from one server to another?
the fact that switching from debian 6. * 7. * could cause some configuration problem?

there is a precise guide that you can follow to do this step? I found several solutions, but each differed by something, and I do not know which is correct.

this is a production server, so i can't make errors and have sever down

thanks in advance
