Default Cron does not execute PHP script

I believe I configured the cron correctly under ISPConfig 3 >> Sites >> Cron Jobs. Because when I open the syslog I can see the following line:

Quote:
Jun 24 10:56:01 jip CRON[10449]: (web28) CMD (/usr/bin/wget -q http://mydomain.com/cpu.php #mydomain.com)
The cpu.php will send me an email if meet certain condition. The script works perfectly if I run using command line:

Quote:
root@jip:~# /usr/bin/wget -q http://mydomain.com/cpu.php
Anyone know what i'm missing here?
